Progetto per un PARCO delle RISORSE IMMATERIALI del TERRITORIO (P.R.I.T.)
Esiste nel nostro territorio un patrimonio di tradizioni, saperi, pratiche dell’oralità che si differenziano da altre risorse (ad esempio risorse naturali, edifici di valore storico, complessi archeologici, ecc.) per il fatto di non essere tangibili. Per tale caratteristica fondamentale questo patrimonio rischia di non rimanere, di non essere tramandato, di scomparire, tanto più in una società che sembra aver smarrito la capacità di memoria.
Il progetto per la costituzione di un “Parco delle risorse immateriali” potrebbe promuovere e garantire la conoscenza, la tutela, la vita, l’ulteriore sviluppo nel tempo, la fruibilità delle risorse immateriali.
Centro propulsore dell’intero progetto la Riserva Naturale Regionale “Lecceta di Torino di Sangro”, con le aree territoriali dei Comuni circostanti.
Le aree tematiche che il progetto individua sono essenzialmente tre: le persone, con il loro patrimonio immateriale (saperi artigianali, racconto, canto, ecc.), la memoria, i luoghi.
Il “Parco” si struttura in aree disciplinari di ricerca e ritrova connotazione pratica in una serie di attività, come di seguito elencate.
Aree di ricerca:
· Narrazione orale (narratori, tecniche di narrazione, repertorio di storie, codici gestuali, ecc.);
· Ulteriori pratiche del corpo e della parola (canto popolare, teatro, danza, creazione poetica, ecc.);
· Altri saperi.
Attività:
· Censimento delle persone e dei loro saperi;
· Mappa delle persone, dei luoghi e dei saperi;
· Parco delle storie (l’indicazione dei depositari e dei luoghi dove ascoltare le storie proprie del patrimonio orale);
· Raccolta di testimonianze;
· Visite guidate (semplici, lungo un percorso che consenta di intercettare persone, luoghi e materiali del “Parco”; “speciali”, che prevedono la permanenza degli ospiti per un’intera giornata);
· Laboratori teatrali;
· Il “Paese dei racconti”;
· Mostra;
· Viaggio in un luogo;
· Biblioteca multimediale;
· Materiale informativo.
La finalità ultima del progetto, denominato “Parco delle risorse Immateriali” è dunque la promozione dell’integrazione dell’offerta fra beni culturali e ambientali, con conseguente valorizzazione del territorio attraverso la cultura.
Project for a PARK OF THE IMMATERIAL RESOURCES OF THE TERRITORY (P.R.I.T.)
It exists in our territory a patrimony of traditions, knowledge, practices of the orality, different from other resources (for instance natural resources, buildings of historical value, archaeological complexes, etc.) for being intangible. For such fundamental characteristic this patrimony risks not to remain, not to be handed down, to disappear, so much more in a society that seems to have lost the ability of memory.
The project for the constitution of a "Park of the immaterial resources" could promote and guarantee the knowledge, the protection, the life, the further development in the time, the usability of the immaterial resources.
The power centre of the whole project is the Regional Natural Reserve "Lecceta di Torino di Sangro", with the territorial areas of the surrounding towns.
The thematic areas indicated by the project are essentially three: the people, with their immaterial patrimony (handicraft knowledge, story, song, etc.), the memory, the places.
The "Park" is structured in disciplinary research areas and has a practical connotation in a series of activities, as follows.
Research areas:
· Oral narration (narrators, narration techniques, histories repertoire, hand codes, etc.);
· Further practices of the body and the word (popular song, theatre, dance, poetic creation, etc.);
· Other knowledge.
Activities:
· Census of the people and their knowledge;
· Map of people, places and knowledge;
· Park of the stories (the indication of the depositaries and the places in which to listen to the histories of the oral patrimony);
· Collection of testimonies;
· Guided tours (simple, along a route that allows to intercept people, places and material of the "Park"; "special", that foresee the permanence of the guests for a whole day);
· Theatre workshops;
· The "Country of the stories";
· Park ehxibition;
· Travel in a place;
· Multimedia library;
· Information material.
The last finality of the project, denominated "Park of the Immaterial resources" it is therefore the promotion of the integration of the offer among cultural and environmental good, with consequent exploitation of the territory through the culture.

in cooperation with Ministry od Sustainable Developement and Tourism of Montenegro organize the Round Table on Environmental Protection which will be held under the Adriatic–Ionian Initiative - Chairmanship of Montenegro. The Round Table will take place on Friday, March 18 2011, at the Best Western Premier Hotel, street Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 145, in Podgorica, Montenegro.
